From Episode #6: The dilemma of the black policeman in a daily conflict between duty and race. New York patrolman Dave Walker typifies this dilemma with his refusal to be "judge, jury, and executioner" by shooting a looter fleeing with a case of beer. Also interviewed on the segment are two high-ranking black policemen, Deputy Inspector Arthur C. Hill of New York and Lt. Edward C. Henry of Los Angeles and a Los Angeles patrolman, Harrison Bailey.
