As you explore Bunk, you can bookmark specific pieces you find along the way. If you’d like, you can also add notes to any of them. These customized collections can be saved and shared with others, or simply accessed later for your own personal use. Here’s how to assemble a Bunk Collection.
How to Create a Collection
- Get started by browsing Bunk. When you find something that you’d like to add to a Collection, click the blue Save to Collection + button at the top of the screen.
- On the next screen, you’ll be able to compose a brief note about the item you’re bookmarking. You can also click Skip This Step for now—you’ll have other opportunities to add and edit notes later on.
- You will now see a horizontal strip across the bottom of your browser window labeled My Collection. Repeat the steps above to add more stories to your Collection. Unless you clear your browser cookies, the horizontal strip will remain at the bottom of every page you visit on Bunk until you finalize the Collection or delete it.
- When you’re ready, you can use the View/Edit button at the bottom of the browser window to access your Collection. On the next page, you’ll have the ability to name and describe the Collection, and to annotate any of the pieces in it. You’ll also be able to re-order the contents of the Collection by clicking and dragging the dots directly to the left of the list.
- When you’re ready to finish up your Collection, look for the Finalize button in the Collection editor. It will prompt you for your name and email, which we’ll use to generate a permanent link to your completed Collection. Check your inbox for a link that you can share with others. Note that this email will also include a link allowing you to edit your Collection at any point in the future.
